5.1 Deposits. marryph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your marryph wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
5.2 Prohibited Deposit Methods. The following deposit methods are strictly prohibited on marryph: (a) cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset; (b) credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations. Deposits made via prohibited methods will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. marryph targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. marryph reserves the right to extend processing times for security verification purposes.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal may be processed, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification to marryph's satisfaction; (b) have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds subject to a bonus; and (c) have a verified payment method on file. marryph reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, marryph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your marryph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
marryph shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond marryph's reasonable control; or (d) any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the marryph platform.
The marryph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. marryph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.

Upon termination for breach, any balance in your account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure or termination for reasons other than breach, any verified balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact marryph's support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.
